Noxious weed control runs entirely on general fund dollars, with no dedicated fee behind it, and it's already underfunded. Parks maintenance draws from that same shrinking pool. Road repair in unincorporated Clark County depends on its own dedicated levy — one of the only councilmanic taxes on the books. Proposed Amendment 25 doesn't touch what's already funded — it just makes sure none of this gets easier to fix.
