All financial donations submitted through this Site are processed externally via ActBlue, a registered political committee.
Conduit Processing:
ActBlue operates as a conduit for individual contributions made directly to our campaign.
Compliance:
By completing a donation, you agree that your contribution complies with all applicable local, state, and federal campaign finance laws, including individual contribution limits and source prohibitions.
Accuracy:
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information as mandated by election regulatory authorities.
3. Campaign Finance Reporting
In accordance with federal and state laws, we are required to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer name of individuals whose contributions exceed statutory thresholds. This information will be filed publicly with the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC).
4. Text Messaging and Communications
By providing your phone number and opting into text communications, you expressly consent to receive updates, fundraising requests, and campaign-related alerts from Friends of Fiscal Responsibility.
Messages may be sent via automated systems. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” or clicking the clear opt-out mechanisms provided.
5. Intellectual Property
